| The Camera and Autoguide are used in a manner that when used in a invasive procedure that there is a possibility that blood can seep into the Camera or Autoguide if preventive measures are not taking There is in any case situations that blood does seep into the Camera or Autoguide causing the part to be defective, in this case the 90 warranty will be voided. In conjunction with this the needle can penetrate the Carbon Fiber on the Camera causing artifacts which again will not be covered under the 90 day warranty. If the part is ordered and does not resolve your problem there will be a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. If the part is used during clinical applications and does not resolve your issues the part is not returnable. Midwest Medical Sales and Service reserves the right if the part can be replaced with another or equivalent part do to misalignment or adjustment variation (Calibrated to your system). If the part returned is found to be damaged as stated above then a charge of the original part purchase plus an additional part plus shipping and handling. Loaner parts will be subject to the items stated in this document. |
